Terms and Conditions

Programs and coaching is almost always suitable for all persons.  
However, if you either suffer from, or are currently receiving treatment for any of the conditions detailed below, we are unable to take you on as a client due to health and safety limitations.

- Cancer
- HIV/AIDS
- Pregnancy
- Gastric Band
- Heart Disease or suffered from Heart Attack
- Lung Disease
- Liver Disease
- Kidney Disease
- Organ Disease (other)
- Anorexia
- Bulimia

However, with regards to some conditions, we can take you on as a client once you are in full remission and/or have the all clear from your doctor/specialist. 

Of course should your circumstances change or you wish to discuss the issues in more detail please get in touch with us at info@teambenbo.co.uk. 
For clarity, Team Benbo are on the register of exercise professionals (REPS) and are fully insured for carrying out activities in line with the insurance policy only.
        
When following any exercise plan you should do so responsibly, when under your own guidance and take full responsibility for the effects it has on your body.

As with any exercise program you assume certain risks to your health and safety. Any form of exercise program can result in injury, and the plans from Team Benbo Ltd is no exception.

It is possible that you may become injured whilst doing the exercises in your set program, especially if they are done so with poor technique. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord - knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities. These risks also exist for persons who are currently in good health right now.

Our company does not act as medical professionals in any way. 
It is your own responsibility to be aware of your own medical status - regarding any health issues - this may include allergies and/or good reason why you shouldn't be participating in certain activities.
You MUST consult your doctor before beginning ANY of our diet plans or exercise programs- there are NO exceptions. You MUST consult your doctor/physical therapist immediately in the event of illness or injury and follow their advice, which could mean stopping the plan altogether.  

You are taking part in your chosen plan/coaching option at your own risk and Team Benbo Ltd is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience - even death whilst engaging with one of our coaching options/programs. 

When purchasing any coaching service or PT bookings - this is non-refundable. 
If your circumstances change however, please make contact asap and you may be able to transfer the remaining balance to other coaching services such as programs or online coaching. 
If you purchase PT sessions or coaching and then disengage with the service for more than 4 weeks with no exceptional circumstances - you may lose out on your training slots or coach availability due to client prioritisation- it's also non-refundable.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to re-schedule appointments to allow other clients to have your slot. If you do not show up to a pre planned session or cancel with less than 48hrs notice you may be charged for the session due to the slot being reserved and subsequently lost. It is company policy that PT bookings are pre-paid, booked and secured to then comply with the guidelines stated above. 

Recipients of gift vouchers must make contact redeeming them and book in for the appropriate service within 4 weeks.
